Just a stab in the dark here to see if anyone uses this card, or 350 series, with HPC2000 (StrongArm) and has come across a compatible SSID survey tool.
In case anyone deja's any of these keywords in the future; Spent a good part of tonight evaluating different firmware/client combinations. If you want the features of a newer client, yet want to maintain the functionality of the ROM drivers for PnP in case of an unexpected mobile hard reset, I found the following combo works great for both.
