It seems that the latest recommendation of ITU for voice qulaity measurement is PESQ(ITU-T P.862). I wanted to use it for my research on VoIP. It seems that all implementation sof PESQ are proprietary. Is there any open source or free software available? Or, are there any libraries which I can use?
If none of this is available, could you advise me on some scaled down version of PESQ which is easy to implement or available free of cost. I wanted to measure the performance of VoIP over different networks.
Any ideas?
