All, We're using Mitel 6510 Unified Messaging version 1.500.8.1here primarily for inbound faxing to e-mail. We'd like to rollout the actual voicemail portion of this app but when unified messaging is enabled the user hears...."You have x number of unread e-mail messages, x number of read e-mail messages, x number of unread voicemail messages, x number of read voicemail messages, etc.....would anyone have an idea as to how this system recording can be modified?
