My voice mail is continuing to automatically delete messages after I have listened to them as new. Something has been altered in the settings, that was not there maybe a week ago.
I have checked the subscriber class of service parameters and I have:
retention time new: 15 old:15 unopened:15
Why are my messages automatically being deleted? And how can I prevent this?
