To my readers:
There's a saying in the Open Source community: that people solve problems to scratch their personal itch. This isn't a plea for participation in Open Source, although that is, by definition, a Good Thing(tm), but rather a plea for participation in the Telecom Digest.
So, the question is "What scratches your personal itch?" There are so many different areas of telecommunications to choose from, and I'd bet that one particular problem or rule or service is of interest to you.
Let's hear about it: you can draw attention to an issue, ask for help with a certain kind of equipment or service, or comment on actions by the FCC, the Congress, or other government organizations.
