Verizon Communications Inc. has agreed to settle a 7-year-old ERISA lawsuit filed by a former participant in a company 401(k) plan.
A brief statement announcing the agreement in principle was filed June
5 in a U.S. District Court in New York by the plaintiff's attorney in the case of Melina N. Jacobs vs. Verizon Communications Inc. et al.
