The Communications Workers of America (CWA) union said it has "serious concerns" with Verizon's proposed acquisition of America Movil MVNO Tracfone. The union filed comments with the FCC, urging the commission to request more information from the companies before giving its approval to the deal, in order to better review its impact. The information should include Verizon's ETC certification plan and information about potential side relations Verizon may have with America Movil.
