Train Station Pay Phones Mostly Removed

Aug 23, 2006 0 Replies

NJ Transit will move 22 pay phones from its Trenton RR station. Three phones will remain in a different location. The old phones were located as a battery along the wall of the concourse. They were flush mounted panel style, with no separations between them. The remaining phones are in a different spot. Removal is part of station reconstruction.

I'd like to get a picture of the phone bank since that kind of thing will not be scene again, but the cops in the station are very fussy about picture taking.
