Spectrum internet is getting kicked out of New York [telecom]

Although I'm on the bandwaggon like everyone else for hating ISP companies, there are few things I'd like to mention in defense of Spectrum.

A major reason that Spectrum has been unable to expand to as many areas as they are required to do so, is primarily because of their lack of access to the utility poles in the state. A majority of the utility poles within NY are owned by National Grid and Verizon, which are both being sued by Charter for refusing to or delaying access to the utility poles it needs to expand.
