DENVER (MarketWatch) - Former Qwest Chief Executive Joe Nacchio has nauseated two former U.S. attorneys who successfully prosecuted him and his Enron-era telecommunications company.
Nacchio appeared on Fox Business' "Opening Bell" show last week, where he reiterated his allegations that the U.S. government nailed him for insider trading because he refused to cooperate with the National Security Agency's efforts to spy on average Americans.
