A Nigerian man
Scams, financial and otherwise, seem to be a growth industry in Nigeria.
This is probably a pipe dream, but I'd love to see these slimebags hit hard with economic sanctions of some sort. I just don't know how much trade we do with them (probably not much coming into the US; the question is, how much going out?)
