What is scary is that the FCC has allowed Vonage and others to claim true LNP when that presently simply isn't the case based on what you are stating. So, someone who has trusted Vonage (or other VoIPs) by switching perhaps a coveted number to Vonage has, in fact, placed ownership of that number in potential, if not actual, jepordy.
