Lumen Technologies has named Ian Cunningham as its new VP of sales and customer success for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Moving over from Zayo, Cunningham will take responsibility for leading the company's enterprise, wholesale and indirect sales and customer success operations throughout this key region.
He joins the firm as it pivots to focus on emerging technologies and the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on business and connectivity. As such, Lumen said Cunningham would "focus on enabling the potential of customers, by utilising the Lumen technology platform that allows enterprises to leverage their data and adopt the next-generation business applications vital to their growth and digital business success".
