As the interim moderator while Bill heals, I'd like to wish all of the readers a happy and healthy (!), new year 2022! The Digest is one of cyberspace's longest-running lists, going back over four decades. And it was on Usenet since before that peaked, and is still available there as comp.dcom.telecom. It has always featured user contributions, and there are a lot of possible topics to address that fit the overall "telecom", including Internet infrastructure, VoIP, mobile, etc., topic area.
