Online bullying has become a major problem that Pennsylvania law enforcement is trying to deal with.
A new national survey shows one-third of teenagers and 18 percent of those aged 6 to 11 have been the victim of a cyberbully -- someone who goes online and either demeans or threatens a kid, often anonymously.
