CLARKSBURG - The Clarksburg Police Department responded to reports of a disturbance outside the U.S. Cellular location on Emily Drive Friday morning involving striking Communications Workers of America members, according to Clarksburg Police Chief Robbie Hilliard.
CWA members have been on strike since Sunday to protest the expiration of the contract between 1,400 CWA members in West Virginia and Virginia, and Frontier Communications.
