On January 24, 2020, the Court issued an order, giving preliminary approval to a proposed Class Action Settlement and ordered that notice be issued to members of the proposed Settlement Class. If you are a current or former CenturyLink customer who is a member of the class, you should be receiving that notice, and you may have already received it.
