AT&T's DirecTV must face a lawsuit alleging the company violated a consumer protection law by making robocalls to a consumer's cell phone, a federal appellate court ruled Wednesday.
I think it is worse than simple robocalling...
Last week I filed FCC and FTC complaints because DirectTV was using fake CallerId information from their Indian Call Center. The call I got from DirectTV used:
