WEIRTON, WV - Fourteen individuals were stopped, and searched against the side wall of the Weirton AT&T store along 3 Springs Drive after a resident noticed two cars packed with individuals, and the plates being from Florida and Michigan.
According to the viewer, who did not wish to be identified, this is the second time this week more than a dozen individuals from out of town sat for hours parked on the side of the building walking back and forth to the AT&T store.
