Is there a simple way (like by means of one of more suitable programs or online testers) to test claims of newish P2P system that offers proxy, encryption, swarming and non-registry installation.

There is a decent amount of activity and number of files available there on that P2P net.I believe their anonimity claims need to be confirmed in view of recent court rulings against P2P systems and users.
