Norton Internet Security 2005 Problem
I have NIS 2005. On the first screen there is a button that says "Check Security". When I click it, it opens a blank Explorer window. There is no URL and no error message.
I tried getting help on the Symantec web site but I could not find anywhere to send them an email. All I could do was search the "Knowledge Base" which had no "knowledge" to help me.
Help Me!!
