Editorial calls for ban on all phoning when driving in NJ [telecom]

The editorial board of the Newark Star Ledger (NJ) is calling for "stronger legislation that bans all cell phone use while driving -- even hands-free -- and backs it up with penalties as strict as those for DWI."
