[telecom] Wanted: Sandman Silent Line Terminator or similar device

It appears that sandman.com is no longer able to sell the Silent Line Terminator, they have no more stock and the manufacturer is out of business.

I am looking for one (unsure how many people still need theirs) or similar device. Tried looking for schematics but no luck. Anyone can help?
