How to upgrade 3825 to 12.4

Hi guys,

Anyone any ideas why i cant upgrade to 12.4 on a cisco 3825? Does my problem have to with the rom?

No upgrade ROMMON programmed or not yet run Currently running ROMMON from ReadOnly region ROMMON from ReadOnly region is selected for next boot

Any help would be much appreciated.
