[ANN] Fail2Ban 0.4.0

I'm proud to announce the first stable release of Fail2Ban.

Fail2Ban is written in Python. It scans log files like /var/log/pwdfail or /var/log/apache/error_log and bans IP that makes too many password failures. It updates firewall rules to reject the IP address. Currently, iptables, ipfwadm and ipfw are supported. It needs log4py.
