Penna asks for review of directory elimination plan [telecom]

The Pennsylvania PUC wants to review the planned elimination of White Pages telephone directories.

[I myself prefer using a telephone directory because I've found online directories loaded with errors. Also, sometimes they're not good with 'fuzzy matches'--the kind of things one can easily find when scanning for a name.]
