OR: 911 outage: Use cellphone, not land line, in Blue River area until further notice [telecom]
EUGENE, Ore. - The Central Lane 9-1-1 Communications Center reported experiencing a land line phone outage in the Blue River area Friday morning.
The Center is working with CenturyLink to resolve the issue.
