WI: Editorial: Time to move dispatch to FDL County [telecom]

Should the emergency-services dispatch center remain in Ripon, or move to Fond du Lac County?

The Ripon Common Council has wrestled with this question over the past almost five months because Ripon's outdated system will require costly upgrades in the near future.
