VPN Concentrator error

I am configuring a Cisco VPN Conrcentrator 3000 using Microsoft VPN client on an XP workstaion. See the pasted error below. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help.

Error:792. The L2TP connection attempt failed because security negotiation timed out ( Error on XP VPN client)
