The foundation of modern life has changed over the past year, with many people working from home and students attending school virtually.

But the pandemic has also highlighted a divide between Ohio Valley communities when it comes to high-speed broadband internet access.

"I have two kids who are not going to go back to school this year due to the circumstances, and I don't have internet to give them," Hancock County parent Casey Beckett said.
