Which ADSL provider's Dynamic IP changes the most often?
My request might seem weird but what I really want is to setup an ADSL line that its IP might changes often or whenever I reconnect. Nowadays, at least from where I live, British Columiba, Canada, the IP just sticks there, doesn't change at all.
If you know where and from which providers I can get TRULY dynamic IP ADSL with a large IP pool, please let me know.
