What brand of selector did you purchase? I have a powered Radio Shack 4 input selector that seems to work OK. I've not noticed any interference, etc. in the images. I use it to switch between two DVD players.....
I use the video selector in the AV Ampilifer to switch between two component scources, the video quality is OK
