There's a new web-based anonymizer at:

It doesn't require any downloads or registration, It's somewhat similar to services such as anonymizer.com, but it doesn't have ads, it's open source, and doesn't "refuse" to visit certain sites.

That is something like I read about once on Peacefire. There is small program you can run on any PC that will let anyone connect to the Web through it and your activities will be impossible to detect, or so they say
