CECE.EXE Read only attributes, auto start reg entry, 80k in size. On a friends computer (WinXP) asking for access to internet. (dns) In the (current user)/"application data" folder with no other files that could be associated with it. No header information, and no identifying information could be found using hex/ascii viewer. Installed on his computer Oct.1, had no idea it was there or accessing internet until recent ZAP update.
Anyone have a clue what this is, what it does, who put it there or at least if it is a necessary legit program? (Google has nothing)
