In the figure 14-22 of IEEE 802.3-2002, we can see clearly that MDI-X contacts (1, 2) are linked to the receiver input with the names (TD+, TD-). In the section 14.10.4.5.14 of the same document, we can see also clearly that MDI-X contacts (1, 2) are called (RD+, RD-).
Is there really an error in the figure 14-22 (repeated in all versions of the document, I have a doubt)? What is the right naming? Thanks for your advice.
