Beyond what I state here, I know absolutely nothing about the Redcom slice. I do know that I am suppose to be able to log into it with Putty, but I cannot establish a connection to it with Putty. I followed the correct steps to try to do so.
There is a minor alarm light on the front panel.
When I do some simple investigations, I notice that the device can send data but is not receiving any data.
What can I do to investigate this problem further.
