FCS processing on a 802.1q enabled bridge

Hi all,

Let's consider the following scenario.

NE1------(port1)[sw1](port2)------NE2

Port1 and port2 of Sw1 are configured as access ports in VLAN 100.

NE1 is configured with 192.168.0.1/30 NE2 is configured with 192.168.0.2/30

When switch is sending traffic between port1 and port2 he does FCS computation twice (once when it adds the VLAN tag and once when it removes the VLAN tag) or there is no computation done?
