as5350 and Cisco ACS v3.3

I have a very strange problem -- as5350 sometimes fails to send (or acs fails to recieve) radius accounting stop packet. This causes user login failure (due to the limit of sessions set to 1 per user) until logged users are manualy purged by pressing "purge logged in users" in acs.

Any known workarouds/ideas?
