- How many access typies support if i use tacacs? (i mean console, web and telnet etc)
- When access a switch/router from console it does not prompt user name, just en then pasword. How does it work if using tacacs?

They are NOT mutually exclusive!!! You can configure authentication to use a primary, seconday and teriary authentication methods. In the below example, TACACS is used if a server is available, then the line password IF one is configured, and finally the enable password. If you TACACS is unavailable, AND you don't have a line password configured AND you don't have an enable password configured, you won't be able to login.
aaa new-model aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ line enable
