Poking around the FCC database, I found a White Space test location. Callsign WG2XHQ at 38° 44' 22" N, 117° 14' 20" W.
Frequency? Well nearly everywhere since it is White Space after all.

The location is in the hills above Round Mountain. I've never been there myself, but from what I know, it is basically a company town for the mine.
