Hello what are the Alternatives to

I do realise Paltalk is a market leader in its field but it charges 59-95 Usdollars plus they will not accept my credit card even though I am credit worthy I am given no reason they want Photo Identification with my name and address.Paltalk is American Based. They told me to pay by Paypal using verified address only additional charge 6-95 Usdollars or Western Union which is really expensive.
There telephone customer support is a joke its all Voicemail they never ring back or email either they have live agent text service similar to ebay.
Any Suggestions most appreciated.
