Wireless service in Philadelphia
According to a new report here the city of Phila. is considering making the entire city a wireless hotspot, presumably by installing many access points, at taxpayers expense. Is this legal? Is a government entity allowed to enter into a commercial enterprise like this in direct competition with other isp's, like Comcast? Eric
