RCN/EROLS Blackilisting other domains?
It would seem that RCN/EROLS/STARPOWER is blacklisting various domains for some reason. Has anyone out there encountered this? Any ideas why? I know of AOL, Yahoo and Yahoogroups just to name a few domains being blacklisted. I also have a friend with MSN, who is getting mailer daemons, saying their ISP is blacklisted. Has RCN implemented some new spam filtering device that needs some tweaking?
