VOIP company (not Vonage) that will allow use of Cisco 7960

I have a Cisco 7960 at home. I also have Vonage.

I want to use the Cisco as a second line. However, after much research, i learned Vonage will not allow me to use this phone as a second line, even though I want to pay for the second line.

Is there another vendor I could use that will allow me to use my 7960 on the home network and have a nice business phone at home to use?
