Network Bridge Issues
My set up sounds weird but I have justification.
I have a laptop connected through a switch to my desktop(hardwired). My laptop is connected to the internet through a wireless router. I can access my files on the computer and when I initially enable the bridge, I can access the internet for about a minute before it stops. From then on, I cannot access the internet from my laptop.
I have this setup so only I can access my desktop from my laptop.
I have done this and it did not help. 'Bridge May Not Work With a Non-Promiscuous Mode Network Adapter'
