[BSCI] ABR or ASBR ?

I'm preparing myself for the BSCI exam and I'm not sure the answer is correct:

Is the an answer B (OSPF router 5.0.0.2 is an ABR) really the correct one? Is 5.0.0.2 ABR or ASBR? I'm a bit confused because the route O*N2 is generated by ASBR, but I'm not sure does ASBR has to be connected to NSSA or not. Or only O N2 (without an asterisk) routes are generated by ASBRs? I would say that answer C (The default route is learned from an OSPF neighbor), but correct me if I'm wrong.
