DSL VoIP Advise - Southwestern Ontario Users

Good day... I'm looking for current DSL VoIP customers who are located in southwestern Ontario to share their experiences relative to:

1. Are you totally satisfied with voice quality (clarity, delay, etc.)?
2. Who are your DSL/VoIP service providers and what is your system uptime (i.e. >99%)?
3. How would you rate your providers techhnical support?
