Cisco 800 router updates a 2003 DNS server Meer opties [DDNS]

Hello,

Is it possible to configure my Cisco 800 router to update my remote Windows 2003 DNS server with DDNS? I'm trying this for weeks now, with the use of this website:

Googled a lot, but I can't find a good configuration example :(

I've configured my DNS server to allow external anonymous record updates.

Is there someone who can help??
