Cisco 1720 WIC problem!! HELP
Hi, I am new to all this and I am attemting to do my CCNA.
I have just brought a 1720 with a WIC-1ENET Card. I get this error
00:00:04: %PQUICC-1-UNKNOWN_WIC: PQUICC(0), WIC card has an unknown ID of 0xFF Whats down to a IOS version problem i think. I have Version 12.1(4) If I am to update the IOS so that I can use the WIC whats the basic IOS I can get away with; and if I need to get a new IOS do I need to get some more memory?
