DNS List Please

Where can I find a list of publicaly avaialable DNS servers? The DNS at Comcast is going on the fritz at times. I can get through if I use an open HTTP proxy, but I cannot connect directly to anything, becuase DNS appears to be going goofy again? I need a list of DNS servers and I need that ASAP.
